When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped out Monday - Friday, within 24 hours of receiving payment.

We offer flat rate shipping for $9.95.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently we do not expedite shipping; we ship everything Priority.

Orders are shipped through USPS.
What do I do if my shipment is incorrect or damaged?
To ensure ourselves against mishandling by USPS, we photograph and document every order. If your order still arrives damaged, you have 14 days to contact us for return or replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Return and Refund Policy: We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receipt by writing to email@example.com. You will need to provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that time frame. If you are, however, not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date.
